ORIENT Episode 2 the Mystery Behind The Bushi and The Oni revealed!. Orient is one of the new anime that started airing this January 2022 just like In the World of Leadale. The second episode is now out and available for streaming on Crunchyroll.
In a world governed by the Oni whom the future generation knows to be their saviour, only a few know the truth behind their real identity. In school, students are told to remember the lessons, and they must continue to serve the Oni masters. The students wonder how the Oni Masters are like. Musashi decided to tell the truth about the Bushi and Oni. He met with Kyojiro and reminded him to form a Bushi band about leaving the town. They battled with the Oni in the mountains.
The first episode ended when all the students were taken to go and meet the Oni Masters only for them to discover they were monsters and had nothing to do with those who saved them from the Bushi as they were been taught in school.
The Onis (鬼, Oni) are a mysterious race of monstrous, supernatural creatures and the central antagonists of the Orient series, who took over Hi no Moto from humanity and opposed by the Bushi, who fight against their oppression.
Musashi who knew the truth from birth decided to fight the Oni that was, there, but after defeating the weaker ones, the grand Oni (Kishin) made an apparition… What will happen next?
